Impulse Instrument Adjusting

Born out of more than a decade of research and engineering, the Impulse Adjusting Instrument results in more efficient and effective chiropractic adjustments. Compared with other adjusting instruments, the Impulse Adjusting Instrument is twice as fast and its waveform is specially tuned to the natural frequency of the body. It allows the doctor to create more bone movement with less force and simultaneously stimulate greater populations of nerve receptors for more effective adjustments and better results.

Thompson Drop

Children can benefit from chiropractic care before they are born by having a mother who receives prenatal chiropractic checkups. A healthy diet, proper exercise, a stress-free environment, and a chiropractic lifestyle help prepare for a happy, healthy baby.

Toggle

Toggle Chiropractic technique (also known as "Hole In One") is one of the most researched chiropractic techniques in the world.  The technique uses high velocity and low force.  An adjusting table with a special "drop" piece is often used to facilitate the procedure.  The chiropractor focuses attention primarily on the Atlas (the highest neck bone) and the Axis (the bone beneath it).  The adjustment is quick and painless. Much of the research done in this area was carried out by BJ Palmer, the developer of chiropractic.

S.O.T

S.O.T. stands for Sacro Occipital Technique (or Technic). "Sacro" means "related to, or associated with," the sacrum. The sacrum is the foundation for the spine. The sacrum is often called the tail bone though this is not exactly correct. "Occipital" means "related to or associated with the occiput. Occiput means "the back of the head". So, S.O.T. is a method of normalizing the relationship between the foundation of the spine and the top of the spine. It is this relationship and how these two bones get along with one another that has been proven to be so important in the normal functioning of the brain and spinal cord. The word "Technic" is another way of spelling "technique". Either word means "the way to get the job done, scientifically and in a short period of time".

Flexion Distraction

Flexion-Distraction, (F/D) is a gentle, chiropractic treatment procedure utilized for back and neck pain. Flexion-Distraction is a safe alternative to back surgery for those 95% of patients whose conditions do not demand surgical intervention. The doctor is in control of the treatment movements at all times.

Webster Breech Turning Technique

The Webster Technique was developed by Dr. Larry Webster as a safe means to restore proper pelvic structure and function for pregnant mothers. In mothers presenting with uterine constraint, there has been a 75-95% success rate of the baby turning to the normal vertex position.
